
The trial of an Oklahoma man accused of killing an area sheriff's deputy is set to begin next week.
Jerod Green, 35, faces 16 felony charges including first degree murder of a law enforcement officer, criminal homicide, homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, DUI and others in the death of Monongalia County Sheriff's Department Sergeant Michael Todd May.
Green faces the charges in Green County, Pennsylvania.
May was killed in February after his stationary patrol vehicle was struck along Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania.
The trial will start Monday morning.
