MORGANTOWN -
The Morgantown Police Department is investigating an early morning armed robbery.
The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday in a parking lot behind Willey Street.
Police said a female victim was exiting her car when a man approached her with a handgun demanding money.
The robber is described as a thin white male, wearing a red sweatshirt, gray sweat pants, and a black ski mask.
He left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
The victim was unharmed in the incident.
