The boil water notice issued for Sapps Run Road and surrounding areas has been lifted.

Original Story

The city of Fairmont Water Treatment Plant has issued a boil water notice for Sapps Run Road and surrounding areas until further notice. The advisory does not include the Tri County Water Service Area.

The notice is due to a line break.

If service has been interrupted or discoloration has occurred to the water in your home or business, boil your water before you drink it.
