The murder trial of Jerod Green, 36, continued Wednesday in a Greene County, Pa. courtroom.
Green is accused of killing Monongalia County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Michael "Todd" May on Feb. 18, 2012.
Testimony continued Wednesday and jurors were able to see Green's truck and Sgt. May's Jeep, the vehicles they were driving the night of the incident.
The defense's witnesses spoke and then Green took the stand. He swore to his right to remain silent. The jury will not hear testimony from Green.
The trial will continue Thursday and closing arguments are expected to begin.
