Candlelight Countdown: 2013 New Year's Eve Bash will be held December 31 at the Waterfront Place Hotel Event Center.

The event will be from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Cleveland's famous band, "RadioActive" will perform and there will be a toast at midnight.

The event is semi-formal attire and will feature a plated dinner and silent auction.
