The Union Mission in Fairmont is asking for your help to bring holiday cheer to those in need.

The Mission serves three meals a day, every day of the year.

After Thanksgiving, Christmas is one of its biggest food distribution days.

It feeds more than 800 people at the mission and through deliveries.

It needs volunteers to deliver and serve the meals.

They're also looking for cookie donations for dessert.

"This year we are doing ham," said George Batten, Union Mission director. "Going to supply ham and for the dessert we do cookies. We really need some help with the cookies."

Volunteers will be needed on Christmas Day at 10.
