The Monongalia County Sheriff's Department is investigating a robbery Wednesday evening.
The incident happened around 6:30 p.m. at Vance's Auto Sales on Route 19 North.
The sheriff's department said at least two robbers entered the store demanding money. One took cash and checks before the robbers fled north towards Pennsylvania in a car. Deputies describe the vehicle as a small, 4-door car similar to a Saturn or Mazda, and was a bluish-greenish color.

The Monongalia County Sheriff's Department is investigating a robbery Wednesday evening.
It happened around 6 p.m. at Vance's Auto Sales on Route 19 North.
The sheriff's department said at least two robbers demanded money from the cashier then fled toward the state line in a dark car. It plans to release more information as deputies continue to investigate.
