A person who stopped at the Little General Store in Harts is about to be $1 million richer.

If the customer had paid an extra dollar, the ticket would be worth $2 million.

Burnside said this is the sixth $1 million prize that has been sold in the Mountain State this year, which is a record for the West Virginia Lottery.
