    The West Virginia State Police took it's mobile forensic center to the WVU campus for future crime scene investigators to check out.Middle school and high school students from all over went to the university to learn several different methods for crime scene investigating.

Update:

A weather related vehicle incident in Preston County Friday killed two people.

It happened shortly after noon on Route 26 near Kingwood.

State Police said Sharron Miller, 55, from Tunnelton was traveling southbound on Rt. 26 when she lost control of her car.

Police said her car slid into the northbound lane where it was struck by a pick-up truck driven by Oliver McCrobie.

Miller was pronounced dead on scene.

Miller had two kids with her during the incident. One of the two children, Laurel Miller, 3,  later died at Ruby Memorial Hospital as a result of her injuries.

The other was transported to Ruby. There is no word on the child status.

All four people inside the pick-up were transported to Ruby as well.

Police said there are no pending charges and said that weather was a contributing factor.

West Virginia State Police are investigating a two vehicle accident that happened around noon  Friday outside of Kingwood on Rt. 26 near Oaks Hill.

Two vehicles were involved in the accident and several patients were transferred from the scene. One person died as a result of the accident, according to Clark Nicklow with Preston County 911.
