Every day, from Black Friday to Christmas Eve, Kohl's Department Stores have made the holiday season extra special for a lucky customer.

The Kohl's Dream Receipt Program gives one random customer in every store across the country his or her entire purchase for free.

And not just in stores. It's doing it online, too.

Kohl's sends an e-mail to every store manager daily with the time it has chosen to give away the free purchase.

"It's been a great program," said Kohl's Store Manager Chris Blythe. "I know when we did it on Black Friday the customer that won was extremely excited. They got their whole purchase for free. It was like $745."

This is the first year for the program and Blythe said Kohl's plans to make it an annual tradition.
