Wisp Ski Resort in McHenry Maryland will be open Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m.
Wisp said they are ready for holiday skiers and looking to open more trails overnight, a big part in thanks to last week's snowfall.
"We're so excited after Mother Nature finally showed up for winter. We ended up with about 15-inches of natural snow, and also got some very cold temperatures which allowed up to make our own snow. So behind us you can see we have an average base depth of about 12-inches, which we were able to open some more terrain on slopes," said Lori Epp, of Wisp Resort.
