The executive director for Region VII Planning and Development Council has died.
Rosemary Wagner, 65, died Wednesday at Mon General Hospital in Morgantown.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. in Philippi on Thursday Dec. 27, from 4-8 p.m.
Her body will be moved to the Barbour Church of Christ in Belington on Friday, Dec. 28, to lie in state from 9 -11 a.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. with Evangelist Stan Jenkins officiating.
Interment will follow in the Mount Liberty Cemetery.
