CHARLESTON -

Stacy L. Warner recently joined Frontier as manager for human resources. She will be based in Bluefield.

Warner will provide human resources services in certain Frontier markets in West Virginia, as well as in its Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi markets.

Most recently, Warner was a human resources and health and safety consultant at three manufacturing facilities. She also has served as a human resources manager for Golden Living, a long-term care community.

Warner has a bachelor's degree in technical management from DeVry University.
