The Buckhannon Police Department said the couple was arrested on sex-related charges from New Years Eve.
Rachel and Tim Sargent are believed to have been involved in an incident where a juvenile female was taken to a local hotel, given alcohol and later passed out.
According to the criminal complaint Rachel Sargent is believed to have photographed her husband Tim sexually assaulting the girl.
Both are still in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
Rachel Sargent's bail is set at $75,000. Tim Sargent's bail is set at $100,000.

The Buckhannon City Police arrested a couple on sex-related charges on Saturday.
Tim and Rachel Sargent are both in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
Tim Sargent is charged with second degree sexual assault.
Rachel Sargent is charged with filming pornography of a minor.
