The Red Hot Buffet on Emily Drive in Clarksburg is set to have its grand opening on Wednesday, January 9th.
Sunday it held a soft opening where staff introduced the restaurant to the public.
With a large variety of food such as Chinese, Japanese, Italian, and American there's something for everyone. The owner of the Red Hot Buffet, Jun Liu, said that's what sets it apart from other buffets.
"This is more variety, and international. We also have a live chef. It's fresher and healthier. The huge part is we have a chocolate fountain and a full bar" said Liu.
The first 100 customers at the grand opening on the 9th will receive a gift from the Shogun Japanese Steakhouse, which Liu also owns.
