The Marion County Sheriff's Department has arrested a Fairmont man charged with the delivery and sale of a controlled substance.
The sheriff's department said Larry Wyer, 41, admitted to having cocaine in his vehicle during a traffic stop.
A K-9 unit found four ounces of cocaine in Wyer's center console.
Wyer admitted to paying for the cocaine and selling it for profit.
He's in the North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $50,000.
