Taylor County Auction Incorporated has been holding auctions and flea markets for the last 39 years.
Friday and Saturday nights it holds the auctions and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. anything that isn't sold goes into the flea market.
Everything from furniture, jewelry, air conditioners, and even art work is available.
The auction is considered a catalogue salvage auction. Some items come from major retailers and most items are new and unused.
One of the best things about the flea market and auction is the price of the items.
"This is the best place, you get to decide what the price is. The customer gets to decide the price, that's the best thing about an auction. Where do you go that you get to say, ‘that's a $150 item, and I want to pay $40?' And if no one else bids, you bought that item for $40" said Mellanee Shackelford, co-owner of the auction.
Auctions are held every Friday and Saturday night at 7 p.m.
Taylor County Auction Incorporated is located on Route 50, West of Grafton.
This May will mark the Auction's 40th year in business.
