Andrew McIntyre Sentenced in Monongalia County Court

A Monongalia County man was in court for sentencing Monday.

Andrew McIntyre has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for killing Marcus Toothman back in 2010.

McIntyre was convicted of second degree murder last January after he killed Toothman with a bow and arrow.

McIntyre said at the time, he was defending himself from Toothman.
