West Virginia Wesleyan's Kelsey Williams and Fairmont State's Kaitlin Snyder were recognized as the WVIAC men's and women's Players of the Week on Monday.
Williams averaged 28 points and 11 rebounds, leading the Bobcats to a pair of wins last week over West Virginia State and Pitt-Johnstown.
The senior forward is the first Wesleyan player to earn the honor this season.
Snyder shared the weekly award with Seton Hill's Katie Gattuso. The senior from Charleston, W. Va. tallied 43 points in the Falcons two wins last week. Fairmont State knocked off Seton Hill and Concord, giving FSU the top spot in the WVIAC.
The award is the first for Snyder this season. Fairmont State's Hailey Garrett won back on December 3rd.
