A four-vehicle accident sent two people to the hospital Tuesday afternoon.

Harrison County 911 said it happened just before 2:30 p.m. near the West Pike Street exit on Route 50.

Harrison County EMS transported two people to United Hospital Center. No word on the extent of their injuries.

The Clarksburg Fire Department also responded to the accident. Clarksburg Police are investigating.
