Degrees in education from Glenville State College will continue to mean something across the rest of the county.

The National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education has given the college its seal of approval.

The council said Glenville Sate College should show off its relationships with local communities more than it does now.

"When the team was here, they saw real collaboration happening and they said that we needed to brag about that fact because that stood out to them as a jewel in our crown in terms of what we do very well," said Kevin Cain, of Glenville State College.

Glenville State College won't have to reapply for accreditation for seven years.
