A Marion County couple has been arrested on charges of cultivating marijuana.

According to the criminal complaint, Patrick and Mitzi McCleary were growing marijuana in their Fairmont home.

The Marion County Sheriff's Department received a lead, and the McClearys allowed deputies to search the home.

Deputies found four plants and four jars of marijuana.

The McClearys are out of jail on bond.
