Monongalia County Sheriff's Department detectives have arrested Frank Russell Snider Sr., 76, of Earl L. Core Road and charged him with nine counts of sexual assault and three counts of incest.
Snider's victims were all minor children at the time of the assaults, which ranged from the late 1960s to the mid-1970s, according to a news release.
Snider was arraigned in front of Magistrate Sandy Holepit and bond was set at $120,000 for the incest charges. Bond for the sexual assault charges has not been set.
