A Taylor County man is back in jail after pleading guilty to sex charges Wednesday afternoon.

Brian Fairley, 45, pleaded guilty to one count each of first-degree sexual abuse by a parent or guardian and second degree sexual assault.

Fairley's request of a pre-sentence investigation was granted.

Fairley is in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a revoked bond.

He faces 10 to 25 years in prison on each charge.
