Anthony Jackson, 21A Monongalia County man is behind bars after deputies found drugs in his apartment.
Anthony Jackson, 21, is charged with possession with intent to deliver and fleeing.
According to the police report, the Monongalia County Sheriff's Department was executing a search warrant on his apartment.
After deputies knocked on the door, Jackson attempted to flee through the porch. Police found various drugs in Jackson's room, backpack, and throughout the apartment.
The criminal complaint states that some drugs were even being flushed down the toilet by his roommates. The sheriff's department was assisted by Morgantown Police in the arrest.
Jackson is in North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $25,000.
