A Marion County man is behind bars after an argument with his girlfriend turned physical.

In December, deputies from the Marion County Sheriff's Department responded to a domestic with injury at Christopher Robey's, 32, Fairview home.

Robey had punched and kicked his girlfriend in the face multiple times during an argument, causing severe bruising, swelling and a possible broken jaw.

Robey was charged with unlawful wounding and currently being held in North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $50,000.
