If you drive the interstate between Bridgeport and Fairmont you may be wondering what's up with those rest stops near the Jerry Dove Drive exit.

The Division of Highways said it has run into some unforseen delays, including bad weather, and changes in the American Disability Act.

The DOH said it hopes to open the rest stops by the first week of February.
