MONONGALIA COUNTY -

A Monongalia County man was arrested this weekend, after he fired a gun in a local gentlemen's club.

Franklin McVay, 27, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm and assault with endangerment with a firearm.

West Virginia State Police said McVay fired his gun into the ceiling at a gentlemen's club on Collins Ferry Road in Morgantown.

It happened early Saturday.

McVay is in the North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $500,000.
