Several counties in West Virginia have already started celebrating the state's sesquicentennial. Marion County has a very rich history and now its residents are ready to celebrate how far it has come.

Saturday is Kawasaki Disease Awareness Day.
Kawasaki Disease affects mainly infants and children.
Its symptoms include some common ailments like fever and rash, but it can lead to much bigger problems.
Lewis County Commissioner Agnes Queen has a child with Kawasaki Disease, and she wants people to know how dangerous it can be.
"People may think that their child has the flu, or some kind of virus, that's going around, which we thought, but if it goes undetected and untreated, it can cause sever damage to the heart," Queen said.
