On June 15, Grafton police initiated a sexual assault investigation after receiving a complaint about two female juveniles who were forcibly restrained and held against their will at the Crislip Motor Lodge in Grafton.

On Tuesday, the State Fire Marshal's Office concluded that Ridenour is also responsible for setting a fire on October 16 that badly damaged an unoccupied home in the Corenth area of Preston County, near the Maryland border. Officials said a Terra Alta firefighter was injured while trying to extinguish the flames.
The State Fire Marshal's Office and Preston County authorities have investigated several arsons in the area over the past few years and feel that most of them are connected to one another.
Earlier this month, Ridenour was released on $50,000 bond from the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
Authorities are looking for Ridenour in the Terra Alta area to serve the second warrant.
