An electrical fire destroyed a home in Harrison County Tuesday night. The Harrison County 911 Center said it started just after 12:15 a.m. on Locust Street in Salem. It said the fire appears to be suspicious.

Mannington City Council is accepting suggestions for a name for the new Clarksburg Street Bridge.
Mayor Robert Garcia said city hall has received several suggestions and council asked for more at its meeting on Tuesday.
Mayor Garcia said he will give the list of names to the bridge committee.
It will make a recommendation to council which will make the final decision.
