An electrical fire destroyed a home in Harrison County Tuesday night. The Harrison County 911 Center said it started just after 12:15 a.m. on Locust Street in Salem. It said the fire appears to be suspicious.

The West Virginia Poison Center said the more medications you take, the more careful you should be about how you take them and how they interact.
Knowing what you take, and keeping handy the instructions on how to take them are simple steps to keep you safe.
But some people don't take them.
"Some people come in and they don't really know their history and they don't know what they're on, and only give you certain medications, and then in fact you can have interactions causing such problems," said Mark Harris, who works in the ER at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital
