The National Association for Information Destruction has renewed PACE Shredding's AAA certification for 2013.
It is one of only two groups in the state with the certification.
PACE Enterprises said the certification shows its continuing dedication to security.
"We're real proud of the certification, but what it means to our customers, is that their documents are being handled in the most secure manner possible. There is a long list of protocols and standards and procedures and that certification guarantees we meet all of those standards," said Greg Morris, of PACE Enterprises.
PACE provides employment for nearly 200 people with disabilities.
