Tarvis Dunham to Appear in Clarksburg Federal Court

A man accused of trying to kill a case manager while he was an inmate at the U.S. Penitentiary in Hazleton, West Virginia is in Clarksburg Monday.

Tarvis Dunham is serving a 318 month service on other convictions and a federal jury is now deciding whether to convict him on assault and obstruction of justice charges.

A verdict is likely sometime Tuesday.
