Glenville State's Kenyell Goodson was recognized as this week's Co-WVIAC Player of the Week with Pitt-Johnstown's Kaitlynn Fratz.
Goodson scored 19 points in the Pioneers victory over Fairmont State last Monday. 12 of those 19 points came from beyond the arc.
She followed that performance with a 21 point game in Glenville's win over Bluefield State on Saturday. The junior scored all her points in 22 minutes of action.
Goodson is the first Glenville State women's basketball player to earn the award besides Ginny Petties Mills. Mills has won the award twice this season.
