Classes are just getting underway at Davis & Elkins College.

Students have returned to Elkins for the spring semester.

Many students were in the Madden Student Center Wednesday morning taking shelter from the pouring rain.

Davis & Elkins College staff said it started holding events last week to welcome the students back.
