Trial Postponed for Marion County Man Accused of Murder

A Marion County man charged with first degree murder has waived his right to be tried in the October term of court.

The authorities said Michael Palmer killed his father-in-law Everett Wilson.

A judge has postponed his trial until the February term of court to give his attorneys additional time to prepare.

Palmer is represented by Sean Murphy and Rebecca Tate.
