MORGANTOWN -

The Coopers Rock Foundation held a fundraiser on Wednesday night at Black Bear Burritos in Morgantown.

The restaurant created a special for the event. When customers purchased it, half the profit went to the foundation.

The foundation also hosted trivia games and raffles and had information available about Coopers Rock.

A member of the board of directors explained what the Coopers Rock Foundation does.

"Community service for facilities improvement, educational, all different kinds of things like that. We do trail work, and we put out newsletters, maintain a website, and habitat restoration," said Adam Polinski of the Coopers Rock Foundation.

Many members of the board were at Black Bear Burritos to get the word out about Coopers Rock State Forest.
