Harrison County Man Accused of Murder Appears in Court

A Harrison County man accused of killing a man in North View this summer was back in court Thursday.

Shawn Kinser is charged with murder in the death of Nicholas Allen.

A judge has granted Kinser's motion to continue his trial until a later date.

Kinser is in the North Central Regional Jail.

His next court date will be in July.
