State Police have arrested a woman accused of filling false prescriptions in Randolph County.

State Police said Kimberly Nicholson falsified prescriptions for Percocet from an Elkins doctor and then filled them at the Elkins Kroger.

Nicholson faces one count of prescription drug fraud.

She's in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail with bail set at $25,000.
