BRIDGEPORT -

The Meadowbrook Mall hosted its annual Spring Bridal Extravaganza on Sunday.

More than 30 vendors filled the mall and offered everything from wedding cakes, to photography, to candy buffets.

This is the ninth year for the extravaganza, and organizers said it's a great way for brides to get everything they need all in one place.

"When you come here you talk to the photographers, the caterers, the dress shops, everyone that you need to plan your wedding, so that you don't have to drive to individual stores. You do all your planning in one day," said Robin Urquhart, Meadowbrook Mall Marketing Director.

Urquhart said this year was the best turnout yet for the bridal fair.

WBOY's Stacy Moniot served as the emcee.
