TAYLOR COUNTY -

A two vehicle accident sent two people to the hospital on Sunday.

It happened just before 7 p.m. on Route 50 in Taylor County near what authorities call the "Fourco Dip."

The Grafton Fire Department said the vehicles collided head on.

The drivers of both vehicles were transported to United Hospital Center with minor injuries.

The Bridgeport Detachment of the West Virginia State Police said road conditions were to blame.

The Flemington Fire Department and EMS, Grafton Fire Department, Taylor County EMS, and the West Virginia State Police responded.

State Police will be investigating.
