    The West Virginia State Police took it's mobile forensic center to the WVU campus for future crime scene investigators to check out.Middle school and high school students from all over went to the university to learn several different methods for crime scene investigating.

The Marion County Grand Jury has returned 28 indictments in the first day of the February 2013 term.

Jeanna McCardle, 29, of Fairmont, faces one count of third offense shoplifting.

David Barthalow, 50, of Fairmont, faces one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Shawn Lee, 37, of Bridgeport, faces one count of fraudulent use of an access device and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Alfred Tichenor, 28, of Baxter, faces one count of fraudulent use of an access device and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Joseph McDonough, 20, of Fairmont, faces one count of first degree arson and one count of second degree arson.

Dale Edward Ridenor, 21, of Fairmont, faces one count of first degree arson.

Joshua Lee Garrett, 33, of Fairmont, faces one count of receiving, concealing or transferring stolen property.

James Barnett Martin, 38, of Fairmont, faces one count of third offense DUI.

Louis Gene Carpenter Jr., 45, of Mannington, faces one count of second offense failure to provide sexual offender registration.

James Alfred Nash, 60, of Fairmont, faces one count of manufacturing a controlled substance.

Harold Allen Lowdermilk, 31, of Fairmont, faces one count of abusing a child creating a substantial risk of serious bodily injury or death.

Melissa Shonce, 29, of Fairmont, faces one count of grossly neglecting a child creating a substantial risk of serious bodily injury or death and child abuse resulting in injury.

Jonathan Cochran, 30, of Shinnston, faces one count of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, conspiracy to commit a felony, possession of a controlled substance, and prohibited person in possession of a firearm.

Matthew Delovich, 26, of Monongah, faces one count of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab and conspiracy to commit a felony.
