Morgantown, WV -

These moms may be at the Morgantown Mall, but they're not thinning their wallets. They're toning their bodies.

"I had my baby in April, so it's been a great way for me to meet people, just get out," said Jessica Doherty. "We're new to the area, so it's just really nice to talk to people during class and so, I like it."

It's part of a work out class for new moms called "Buggies and Babes." "I love it, we come every week," said Samantha Rader.

Every Monday and Wednesday, before the stores even open, these moms take over the mall, and put in an hour of exercise with the woman who started it all.

"When I went through delivery with my son years ago, I ended up experiencing post postpartum depression, and there was not a program in the area that allowed me to reach out and exercise and get together with other women," said Total Transformation's Tama Waugaman. "So it was kind of inspirational to put this program together."

Tama put me to the work out test, too, with a way that makes it fun for the little ones! It gives a whole new meaning to the term "Shop ‘til you drop."
