A parking complaint led Morgantown Police to arrest a man on drug charges.

Shawn Marple, 23, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver.

Police officers responding to the complaint of a marijuana smell coming from a car, and saw foot prints leading from the vehicle to an apartment.

Inside, police found several people who admitted to smoking pot and a computer bag filled with marijuana and prescription drugs.

Marple is in North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $20,000.
