Four people arrested in connection with the closure of Hot Stuff and Cool Things in Clarksburg in April 2012 were named in a superseding indictment filed in U.S. District Court, in Wheeling, on Feb. 5, 2013.
Jeffrey Paglia, John Skruck, Jeremia Phillips, Derrick Calip, Jemrose Inc., Hot Stuff and Cool Things, and Pag-Corp Inc. are named in a 27 count superseding indictment including structuring monetary transactions to evade the reporting requirement, drug conspiracy, distribution of N Ethylamphetamine (a Schedule I drug), distribution of a controlled substance analogue, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a protected location, maintaining drug-involved premises at 603 Rosebud Plaza, and conspiracy to launder monetary instruments.
The indictment also includes an extensive list of funds and assets forfeited and/or seized in connection to the charges.

Paglia, Phillips and Calip have already pleaded guilty to prior charges in the case. Skruck was scheduled to go on trial for his original charges this month.
