Thomas Williams, 25The Monongalia County Sheriff's Department Detective Division has arrested a man in connection with the November 2011 death of Quintin A. Bolden, according to the sheriff's department.
Detectives have charged Thomas Williams, 25 of Morgantown, also known as "TDOT", with first degree murder and concealment of a deceased human body, according to the sheriff's department.
Quintin Bolden, 23 of Morgantown, was reported missing in November of 2011 by his girlfriend. His body was recovered on January 31, 2012 in the waters of Cheat Lake in Monongalia County, according to the sheriff's department.
