Clear Mountain Bank has donated property and a building located at 1116 University Avenue to the Bartlett House in Morgantown.

The Bartlett House plans to use the property to expand its housing and support programs for the homeless. Clear Mountain Bank acquired the property in 2011 and wanted to meet the shelter's need for additional space.

The donation is valued at about $200,000. It will increase the size of the Bartlett House to more than 1,500 square feet.  Construction plans have not been determined.
