A Stonewall Jackson impersonator explained his role in West Virginia's statehood.
The Marion County Convention and Visitors Bureau has named Leisha Elliot as the Executive Director of the CVB.
Elliot has been serving as the interim Executive Director since Jan. 1, 2013. She replaces Marianne Moran, who retired from the CVB in December 2012.
Elliot is a graduate of Fairmont State College, where she received a degree in Business Science. She owned Fairview Floral for 15 years. She has also worked as a consultant for Main Street West Virginia.
