The Monongalia County Sheriff's Department arrested a man following a traffic stop on Friday.
Authorities arrested Andrew M. Watts, 46, after they stopped his vehicle and determined he was intoxicated, according to a press release from the sheriff's department.
The sheriff's department said its deputies and the Monongalia Drug Task Force used evidence to obtain and execute a search warrant for Watts' residence on Brewer Road.
There, they found cash and several pounds of processed marijuana, according to the press release.
Watts is charged with possession with intent to deliver, manufacturing with intent to deliver, third-offense DUI, and terroristic threats.
Watts posted $67,000 bond after being arraigned by Magistrate Nabors, according to the sheriff's department.
